A cookies-and-cream chocolate cake
Oreo has become the shorthand for cookies-and-cream: dark cocoa biscuit, sweet creme and that familiar crunch. This cake uses that profile to make chocolate sponge feel playful, nostalgic and easy to share.

Each Chocolate Oreo Cake is made in-house at Melbourne Bakehouse on Bay Street in Port Melbourne. It suits kids birthdays, office celebrations and dessert tables where the flavour should be instantly recognisable.

How to serve cookies-and-cream chocolate cake
For clean slices, serve chilled and cut with a hot dry knife, wiping the blade between cuts. Let slices sit for a few minutes before serving so the cream softens.
