Our bakehouse story
Baking with heart in Port Melbourne since
nineteen ninety-one.
What began as one couple’s obsession with a properly-fermented loaf has grown into a neighbourhood bakehouse. We still mill our own flour blends, still fold croissant dough by hand, and still open the ovens to whoever walks through the door at 5:00am.
