A vanilla cake with biscuit crunch
This cake is lighter than the chocolate Oreo version but still has that familiar biscuit-and-cream flavour. Vanilla sponge keeps it soft, while crushed chocolate biscuits bring texture through the frosting.
How it’s finished
The cake is finished with a chocolate-cookie crumb coating, piped chocolate rosettes and whole biscuits arranged across the top.

Each Cookies & Cream Cake is made in-house at Melbourne Bakehouse on Bay Street in Port Melbourne. It is a good fit for birthdays, office cakes and shared dessert tables where you want a crowd-pleasing flavour.

How to serve Cookies & Cream
