A hazelnut-chocolate celebration cake
This cake is made for people who love the rich hazelnut, chocolate and wafer crunch of Ferrero Rocher. The sponge keeps it sliceable, while the Nutella and fresh cream filling, toasted almonds and chocolate ganache make it feel properly celebratory.
How it’s finished
The cake is finished with toasted almonds around the sides, chocolate ganache, and whole Ferrero Rocher chocolates on top, properly dressed up for a celebration.

Each Ferrero Rocher Cake is made in-house at Melbourne Bakehouse on Bay Street in Port Melbourne. It suits birthdays, office celebrations and dessert tables where a chocolate cake should feel a little more dressed up.
