A bailey’s cheesecake made for sharing
A baked cheesecake with Bailey’s Irish Cream swirled through and a thin chocolate layer on the base. Adult flavour, light boozy finish.
How it’s finished
The cheesecake is finished with a ring of dark chocolate ganache rosettes around the top edge, a fine white chocolate drizzle and a pair of macarons set in the centre.
Handmade in Port Melbourne
Each Bailey’s Cheesecake is made in-house at Melbourne Bakehouse on Bay Street in Port Melbourne. It is a good fit for birthdays, family dinners and shared dessert tables where you want a whole cheesecake ready to serve.
Choosing your cheesecake size
